My own health journey led to lifestyle choices which vastly improved my health and has provided me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding. I work with you as an individual, not a typical case, using methods that naturally support your body.
My name is Lisa Hurley and I am a certified Health, Life and Transformational Coach. I believe in creating a diet that meets you where you are currently in your health journey. As your dietary needs change, I will work with you to make changes to your diet that are best for your body. My goal is not only to assist in dietary changes, but to improve your overall health, which includes mental and emotional wellbeing. All of our body systems are connected, therefore, if one is not functioning optimally, the chances are that other areas also need attention. Having a Health Coach is, in fact part of the new health model.
